We do not provide loans directly. Our role is limited to conducting a preliminary eligibility discussion and connecting suitable applicants with authorized Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) or financial institutions for further processing.
Submission of an enquiry through Cashtree does not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, or processing timeline. All loan decisions are made solely by the respective bank or financial institution based on their internal policies, risk assessment criteria, and regulatory requirements.
You agree that the information you provide to Cashtree is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of your loan application by the lender. Cashtree is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
Cashtree may share your enquiry details with verified DSAs or financial institutions for the purpose of loan processing. Once your application is transferred to a DSA or lender, their independent terms, conditions, and privacy policies will apply. Cashtree does not control or influence final loan decisions made by these third parties.
Cashtree shall not be held liable for any loan rejection, delay, change in interest rate, change in eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, or any financial loss arising from lender decisions. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating initial alignment and referral.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within India.
